Al Rashed Laminated Insulated Panel meeting higher standards than ever before

Al Rashed has a state-of-the-art laminating machine, meeting the market needs of builders and specialists. Econotilt wall panel and its corresponding Econodeck roof panel have been transformed by this machine into high performance panel.

High performance panel for every climate

Al Rashed manufactures the two systems of sandwich panel. The patented laminating machine bonds two steel skins to an expanded polystyrene core under pressure, using a two-part polyurethane adhesive.

Edges of the steel skins are roll-formed in the laminating process to provide the Z-Lock Joint – a male and female edge to each panel.

Econotilt and Econodeck are available in a choice of finish to their surface profile in the roll forming process; either skin (internal or external) can be slightly profiled or flat.

Panel sizes are extremely flexible with a standard width of 1200 mm by a continuous length of up to 18 metres (subject to transport facilities). Thickness ranges with the core material from 35 to 300 mm. Dependent on thermal or structural requirements.

The new panel joint, which is incorporated in both types of panel, combines increased panel strength with speedy and efficient installation.
